I called and told them my daughter and grand daughter were broke down. They said say less. They were there promptly, the driver was incredibly nice and accommodating, and the dispatcher was a real gem. Thnx so much!

Was in a bind after I blew two tires. Miles answered right away and the dispatch sent the guy to tow my car within 20 minutes of calling. Thank you so much for the great experience Miles! Tow driver knew what he was doing and was very kind also. Was about $165 for 15 ish mile tow to the bmw dealer. Not bad.

They have tow trucks hiding ready to snatch your car up in a second and its diabolical they do it during the holidays and no other time towed in the 3 mins it took me to pick up my pizza. I was being stalked and if I remember correctly their are not tow away signs just a fire lane sign that barely visible. mark the lane if they going to be having people towed and being hustled for 140 to let it down it have it taken to a garage out in Elkridge. Unprofessional towing company has no patience or compassion for the situation sir I said Id get you the money but you have my transportation I have to figure it out give me a dang second. Absolutely disgusted at how other human beings treat people I doubt I will return again oh the best part my mom came up to bring money for me she gets out the care and literally within 1 min another truck swoops up in front of her car trying to take it while we are dealing with the current person which means he was there watching and stalking people I jumped in front of my mothers car and said we not doing this today you going to crush me before you take another car that is helping resolve a current situation. Get a job you can be proud and not ripping people of during the holidays I have never seen tow trucks up their. The LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST ASTOUNDING AND THEY GET ON POWER TRIP! YOU ARE PREDATORY AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES. Have a horrible christmas and new year you ruined mines.
