I have been to Moody's several times now and felt it was about time to leave a review. These guys are fantastic, honest folk. Hard to find great mechanics today like them. They care for my vehicle like it was their own. Never had an issue and now I do all my work there from oil changes to tune ups. I trust them and for me, trust must be earned. Thank you Moody's.

Was looking for a new mechanic I won't be looking here walked in waited a few minutes and then it was my turn I asked about an oil change they were scheduling out because they were getting busy That's fine I asked what kind of oils they used they told me Pennzoil Well that's not what I use in my truck they weren't willing to get what I wanted so I said okay I'll do my oil change somewhere else or I'll do it myself if a business refuses to put what you use in your vehicle that's not good business That's not how you go about getting new customers then I asked about having my front pads replaced on my truck he says we don't do just pads Well that's all I need done he goes we don't do just pads you need to have the rotors done too I'm sorry but my truck is fairly new I'm not having the rotors done if they don't need to be done they lost out on my business no worries there there are plenty of other places that are willing to use the same kind of oil that I want and that will change just my front pads if you're not willing to work with your customer you're not going to keep your customers or you're not going to get any new ones

We brought our car in and I had made a mistake in the scheduling. Our car was not scheduled for service until Monday evening. These fine lads not only took the car in TODAY, they stayed more than an hour late to get it finished! Courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I am pleased to have had these folks take care of my vehicle!
