Great parts, prices, fast shipping, service, and very honest!!! The only place I buy all new my lawn mower, farm tactor, and other new parts from the past few years. They were the only ones that had new gearbox and blades for my obsolete rotary mower!! They always take the time to be sure you get the right parts you need the first time, unlike other places on the internet. Just a great small family business that knows their stuff and many times even the owner personally answers your parts requests, which is unheard of these days!

The company was timely in its parts request response quote; however, they don't seem to ever answer the phone. Returns are saddled with heavy restrictions so it makes sense that one would want to speak to a sales rep to try and find out whether they are quoting a new, used or rebuilt part and to verify that they are quoting the part you want. Multiple calls on different days and times have all gone unanswered. At times a voice mail recording picks up. Leaving a voicemail message or sending an email have both been met with zero response. I'd be happy to write a glowing review if they would show some interest in helping me. Talk is cheap! UPDATE: The owner called me today and we had a very good conversation. Upon reflection, I believe I was premature in making my somewhat negative comments shown above. I think there is just a small staff running the business; nevertheless, it felt like there was genuine concern on their part and a desire to want to help me. That's all I can ask for. Hopefully, I will learn to have a bit more patience in the future.

Best place we found that has new or obsolete parts n blades for our old Sidewinder & BMB Bush Hog & IH brands. We get also get out MTD tractor lawn mower hay implement parts from here. Just awesome folks to deal with! Definitely recommend for excellent parts, prices, service, & fast shipping!!
