Was told it would take an hour for someone to pick up my car for a tow. Was even told I would get a call when they were on their way. Waited an hour and didn’t hear anything. Then call and it rings and rings. Call back and I’m told the driver will call when he’s in route. Then the phone just hangs up. So that’s their game. Regardless I’m out $50 to this company because they took my card information and told me it’s a $50 cancellation fee. But I didn’t cancel, they just didn’t show up. Do not do business with this company.
