Took forever and still wasn't fixed! Been about 2 years ago. It was an equinox 2010 and they got wrong transmission is the reason it was taking so long is what they said anyway. then when they did get whatever transmission when I got it back it still had the same problem.

While the owner is a very personable man, the actual repair if vehicles is questionable at best. I asked for the rough starting of my vehicle to be checked out. Still starts now same as before. Was charged for a window regulator, window still operates same as before. Wanted brakes checked, was charged for new pads and a rotor, and now the emergency brake doesn't work. Was told by owner that emergency brake was not included in brake replacement/repair. Was charged for a new wiper blade for back window, yet back window wiper still didn't wipe window. Tires were rotated, which I didn't ask for, now there is noise coming from front tire area. Vehicle returned with noise without being addressed. Asked for shifter handle to be adjusted. Dimmer switch on dash was pushed back, unusable, and BCAuto kept saying someone pulled out a bunch of wires under my dash. No one has been near my car but me... What I'm saying is they break things, don't verify that something is fixed correctly, get grease on the steering wheel and then say, Not our problem. If I had before pictures, I would take them to court for my money back. Don't be pulled in by the nice guy, their work is awful.

I highly recommend this establishment!!!, Mr. Wilks and his staff are knowledgeable and quick with service, the shop is well kept and you feel welcomed as soon as you enter. My family and I will definitely be coming back for any future mechanical needs.
