I recently had the Engine mounts replaced on my 2016 Audi q5 3.0t. Jacob was great to deal with and seems genuine and honest. It’s been a few days since the Job and the car is driving really smooth. Before the engine mounts were replaced the car would vibrate when idling and the engine would shake under acceleration.

My neighbor recently took his vehicle to this shop to get a buff as I had scraped it. As I paid the invoice, I found the pricing to be much higher than the standard price, as well as finding the invoice to be very odd looking. They also did not give more than 2 options: one to just buff it or the alternative option to paint the entire car when the scrape was primarily to once section of one door, which made no sense. I believe there was definitely price gouging in this case. The invoice itself was very strange- It did not have any mention of sales tax, a breakdown of parts and services and just mentioned a flat cash payment. I have not seen an invoice like this before and it concerns me about how ethical the business is, as well as its pricing structure.
