Absolute professional grade mechanics. They had to do a significant amount of work to my explorer with a 3.5 ecoboost. Water pump went out. It's timing chain driven and everything involved needs to be replaced. They quoted me less than every other shop I called. They did good, clean, honest work. Highly recommend.
