I recently visited A&M Auto Sales and had an excellent experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the issue with my car in simple terms and gave me an honest estimate of the work that needed to be done. The turnaround time was fast, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other shops I’ve been to. They even took the time to check in with me after the repairs were completed to make sure everything was running smoothly. I’ll definitely be returning for any future car needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy auto service.

Not saying they’re a bad place to go, but they don’t seem easy to get ahold of to do business with. I checked their hours online, which match their hours on the door, and yet by 10am when we arrived there no one was available and the door was locked. I called the number on the sign they had, and yet no answer. I got a text that said can I call you later, and got no response. Then got a call four hours later. I understand that things come up, however we traveled over an hour in order to do business with them and it would have been nice to at least hear something rather than be ignored.
