My experience from working with and purchasing from Ritchie brothers has been nothing short of pleasant. Miss Black Miss Anderson and Mr Sundere were great to work with. Even the mechanic at the Newnan Ga. Location came to help immediately was able to diagnose the issue report it to administration and get the problem fixed in a quick manner. Despite others contention I received titles in less then 3 weeks for both truck and trailer which were delivered overnight by courrier. The self load out process was a breeze despite a mechanical malfunction. The above names were very punctual and professional in their responses to my question. Finally, Miss Yan was pleasant to speak with and worked hard to help rectify my mechanical problem. I have no regrets working with Ritchie Bros.

The employees on site very reasonable and helpful. Would buy from them again. Had at least 2 experiences at this location both positive. To all the people complaining about getting junk from the auction. Buying junk from the auction is like gambling at a casino. You know the risks when you go into it. Anyway thanks again appreciate the help.

It was absolutely ridiculous how long we had to sit in the yard. I’m not sure how many loaders they have but the way we sat; it looks like there may be 1 loader. I will not come or bid here again. I arrived around noon and by 4:00 I was still in line and there were only a few drivers there for p/u from the beginning.
