I had an outstanding service experience at Land Rover Fairfield in Connecticut. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted immediately by friendly and attentive staff who made the entire process smooth and welcoming. My service advisor, Jeff Castaneda, was especially hospitable. He personally showed me to the waiting area and even made a cup of coffee for me, which was a really thoughtful touch. Jeff was incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with throughout the visit. The appointment itself was very convenient. I was able to log in and work remotely while waiting for my vehicle, which made the time pass quickly. While my car was being serviced, Jeff checked in periodically to provide updates and kept me well informed about the progress. When my vehicle was returned, it had been fully detailed, which was an amazing surprise and greatly appreciated. In the past, I’ve visited another Land Rover dealership that also provided good service, but the experience at Fairfield Land Rover truly stood out. It was absolutely amazing and the best dealership service experience I’ve had. Thank you to Jeff and the team for the exceptional service and hospitality. I highly recommend them!

Talisha is one of the best members of the Land Rover team! I went in to Land Rover of Fairfield to look at a Rivian that they had listed and not only did Talisha take the time to go through every one of my questions she also did research on the vehicle, brand, and features on her own time. Amazing customer service, amazing price and an amazing purchasing experience. They also gave me top dollar for my trade which was unexpected.
