Today I experienced that dreaded thing of trying to purchase a car without the best of credit. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted with smiles a handshake and a feeling like they were rolling out the red carpet for little old me. The experience was phenomenal. The representative that worked with me whom by the way his name is Bradley was very informative and very pleasant. A&G Towing did an outstanding almost impossible job when our trailer flipped on its side on Hwy 95 North just 15 miles out of Searchlight, NV. The ball hitch was totally bent, along with sway bars but Christian and Jack were able to get the Jeep free. Then they flipped the trailer right side up. They were conscientious, polite, respectful, hardworking, the best. Christian towed the trailer to Boulder City and helped get it as level as possible. I love online reservations and their system works perfectly, with texts and reminders. First visit and my Service Advisor Dave was so efficient and courteous, and did not rush explanations.They shuttled me to shopping and I also used their very comfortable and well stocked customer lounge. Car would not start. Jump started it. Went to the Auti,one in Bullhead City. Diagnosed as bad battery. Left no more than 30 minutes later with a new battery - installed. Counter staff and installer were most professional, knowledgeable and courteous. An excellent experience!

What we both thought was the issue, he troubleshooted and he was right... the fuel filter ring. Once we got the lock ring, it did not tighten due to faulty tank, we ordered a new one and fixed everything...good as new.I have extended warranty coverage and office manager Stephanie was the best. She worked with the warranty company— and they can be a ‘pain in the a**—gave me almost daily updates until van repaired.I am ‘picky’ due to my van costing $160k. I have been coming here for many many years. Its always been a very welcoming, organized, and very fair priced place. I do have to say though, within the past year the customer service has just been incredible. I needed a part off of a vehicle that recently arrived and had not been put out yet, and the guys there told me the following day it would be pulled out and on stands ready to go. They held to their word. Thank you all for everything. I highly recommend this yard over any other in the tri state.

The staff was friendly enough. I'm sorry but I'll have to agree with others that recycling (at least in this area), isn't worth it and I think that's pretty sad. I didn't see the scales, my guess is by having to load it and unload it, it was roughly 50 lbs of aluminum all together give or take. $22 and change. With fuel, time saving all of it, space, etc, it just simply doesn't make sense to do it any longer. I lived around here as a kid and 1 large bag of crushed cans would fetch that price and then $20 would actually pay for something. Sooo... 2 stars for friendly staff.
