When you drop off your car, they give you a ride to where you need to go!! They offer coupons and discounts!! There is even cold water and coffee for customers! We were stranded 25 miles from Kingman. We had been there since 3 am on a Saturday. I called him and he returned my called same day. He was the only mechanic that was able to help us. He usually doesn't open on saturdays. He understood the bind we were in. He said he will do the best to get us back on the road. He was able to get us the part we need. The fuel pump, and he tried to get us the best price. Thank you for calling us back and getting us back on the road same day. Many shops in the are were closed or weren't available until Tuesday. I had a relatively small amount of junk I needed removed from my property. I contacted Junk Out Services and spoke with Dana. I sent her a photo of the items to be removed and she estimated a price of $160. She scheduled a pick up within the week of my call. On pick up day Wes arrived and told me it would be $125 as the amount of junk was not as much as the photos seemed to show.At all times, Dana and Wes were very polite, friendly, professional. Dana did a great job of communicating and coordinating the pick up. Wes was thorough and did a great job collecting everything then cleaning up after the job was completed.They are fantastic from start to finish and I give them my highest recommendation.

Wow what great service. I don't know the older gentleman's name but he helped me test and swap out 2 batteries in a rental RV and tried to do it quickly while still helping other guests. Wish I could thank him again!

Was greeted when I first walked in by the cashier. Four guys working the counter. Didn't have to wait long before it was my turn. Guy was friendly. Said he could get the parts by tomorrow that they didn't have in stock. Will go back as needed.

Very happy to find this place. Very well trained, professional and friendly staff. Had battery problems and Clay was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, above the norm. Subsequently went back for car parts and continued to get above normal service. As a senior woman, two factors that play against my favor, I felt respected and valued. It was pain free and nice to get the extra help and consideration.

The Father, Pete came and hauled a bunch of junk from my yard. He came out the next day. The Father also delivered 5 trailer loads of rock, And unloaded it by himself. He is a hard worker, polite, and fast. They are quick to get back to you with quotes, polite and affordable and the best thing is they show up go above and beyond and get the job done! I will be looking into weekly trash service through them also. Trying to get a truck towed.Waited for 3.5 hours for them to show up Everytime we called (Oh we'll be there in 20mins.Than 45 mins than DONT KNOW When we'll be there).Not even a courtesy call to let us know to keep us updated.Very unprofessional people. Was getting quotes for service and lady was very rude but I stayed nice but very curious of why she had such an additude with me, she said shed call me back with a price but then never did so they definitely don't want more business 🤷 wouldnt recommend to anyone.

My husband and I went here to trade our truck in as it had over 300,000 miles and we wanted a newer truck. They kept asking us about the check engine light, we told them it ran great but needed work on the brakes, so we traded it for a 2012 Dodge Ram. 2 days later the check engine came on so we took it back and they said they took care of it, the light was off but 2 days later it was on again, we were asked to bring it back when we could leave it over night so they could work on it with a cold engine so we did. Another 2 days and the light was on again, we took it to Dodge and they had to practically rebuild the engine. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I called Business before I made the trip out there. I told the gentleman on the phone I was looking for a specific part & he said to come down to get it. When I arrived, the building was falling apart, there’s no designated parking & it’s off a main road. The guy took me around the yard & I found the vehicle with the part I needed. He called it in to see if I could grab the part, just to be told no & I should find it online. On the way back In I damn near fell into the floor as it was caved in. This place is a complete disaster, disorganized, I wonder how it’s survived this long.Service: Vehicle recycling

Im glad they showed their true colors over the phone because I couldnt imagine getting a dumpster through them and god forbid ever have an issue and them being awful for just about everything. Other companies I spoke with were okay that we dont have an address yet (we are building our home currently) they just gave us a price quote off our neighbor who is relatively close. The women who answered the phone here at bulldog was extremely rude about thw whole thing and said she had to check something and would call back but as I should have expected we never did recieve a call back. I'm going with another company because they were friendly, helpful and want to service everyone.
