Employees had great team work in getting folks to correct spots for what was brought in. Office staff friendly too. I shop here often, and have always loved O'Reilly's for their knowledgeable staff, and excellent customer service. The last couple of times though, things just weren't up to their normal standards of service. I had ordered a part for pickup, and the wrong part was sent, but the store never called to tell me. I ended up driving an hour one way to another location to get the part I needed. This week, I ordered a part, and received an email that it was ready for pickup, but store spent 15 minutes trying to find it. There does not seem to be any standard system in place for dealing with online orders that are coming from another location to their store. Probably just a training issue, so will keep shopping there, but I did take one star away since there were issues twice in a row.

After doing some of my business starting this year with the Gulfport facility I thought it would be helpful for the integrity of our relationship to download the app. I knew my impact on a company’s margins would be insignificant to a degree, but swinging 6 to 8 thousand lbs in wheels , around $30,000 in convertors and a couple tons of Cu. Thought they would allow for me a pricing code to use the app. I feel kinda shamed and reluctant to continue with this purchaser. Idk
