If you’re looking for non existent customer service, outrageous wait times, complete disregard for personal property, and an utter lack of transparency, then your search is over!!! 5 thumbs down! The BMV has got nothing on them! I’ll be filing formal complaints with USAA insurance for sending our vehicle here, when they could’ve just set it on fire and saved everyone the hassle. Thanks Copart!

My insurance company contracted this towing company after my car was totaled, and the experience was extremely disappointing.

They arrived without warning and dragged my vehicle in park down a steep driveway, even though:
• I told them I had the keys
• The car rolls freely in neutral
• I was home and available
• I could have moved it to street level

The result: visible damage to my driveway that could have easily been avoided.
This was careless, unnecessary, and unprofessional.

Definitely the best Copart I’ve dealt with. Mary Kathy and Stephanie at the front desk are always ready to assist and are very friendly. The yard guys and loaders are also quick and great at what they do. Yard is easy to access and has plenty of room for your trailer. Great job guys
