I took a car there to have the motor replaced.. Was told it would take a week and ended up taking 3 1/2 months. The first motor they put in my car ended up being bad and ended up waiting another 2 months. The price changed of course despite it being a mistake on their part. To top it off I was cursed out by the owner (Emelio) and hung up on and upon arrival to finally get my vehicle was cursed out and rushed out of the shop. Will never refer anyone here.. He’s known for doing shady business and overcharging

I have purchased a battery from them and they gave me a warranty. They were so nice and dropped what they were doing to wait on me. When I needed an alternator for the same car, I went back to them. They let me wait in the office while they pulled the part. They were booked so I had to get a shop in Tyler install it, but they charged my car battery for me so I would not get stranded. They gave me a warranty on everything and the shop has a real family vibe to it. I asked the mechanics around town for a referral and they all know these guys. They have a good reputation! Worth the drive!

I experienced disrespectful service, an argumentative employee, who would not sell me a part in which he had (Raul was his name), and encountered even more disrespect from other employees there. There is no order or understanding at this place and wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I spoke to Emilio on the phone and he gave me a price for this part that I was looking for that seemed very high. I called a couple of weeks back checking for prices and his price was lower, I call back a couple of weeks later to actually purchase the part and he gives me this ridiculous price. I then asked him for another number I could call and he gave me the number. I then was starting to ask him if I couldn't find anything in a week if I could check with him again, but he started to cut me off and was telling me to have a good day (sarcastically) and hung up on me. I'm sure not everyone in Auto Parts Warehouse is rude like Emilio but come on guy, you work with potential customers every day, and this is how you treat them?? I will NEVER shop here or suggest this place to anyone else. Keep looking somewhere else or even drive out of town for better service and maybe even better prices.

This place is bad bad. They seem friendly but they quoted a price and gave me the milage of a motor. I pulled my drivable car there called three days later and they didn't even have a motor to put in it. Gave them the benefit of the doubt to find one so I called back a few days later and when they told me they still couldn't find one and when I said I was going to come get it they told me they took my motor out already(now think about that).Long story short; they've had my car a month and a week now.when I call they avoid me. The boss or owner Emilio put me on speaker phone one time then hung up on me , call T personal phone he refused to answer immediately after I just talked to him on his shop phone. Since then he has hung up on me about 3 or 4 times and when I went up there to make sure he had the motor out of the vehicle( which he shouldn't have taken out in the first place) he gave me a bunch of excuses. The last time I called him all I did was mention my name and he hung up in my face. He gave me a bunch of excuses . I called one time and he (Amilio ) said he had a customer and hung up.The last time I called him all I did was mention my name and he hung up in my face. Today I'm going up there to get my car I'm hoping my car is even there I'm calling the cops first just to make sure nothing goes sour this is not review for today on this place. Do not do business with this place it is not a good business place.
