Total criminals. Dropped off an underground storage tank (6000 gallons) filled with steel. Because the tank had fiberglass coating would not give anything. Not even for the bare steel that was filled inside the tank. Ok, but $20 even? No. 6 tons no money. Will not go back.

Excellent, friendly and detailed customer service on the phone when I initially called to schedule pick up of a car for scrap. Driver was on time, actually a little early which was great, called to give me a heads up of his arrival. Professional driver, loaded the vehicle quickly and safely. Overall a smooth transaction and I would love to have the pleasure to work with Brookfield again in the future. They completely turned around a bad situation with a lousy car with more issues than what I wanted to deal with
