The customer service was amazing. The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and had great inventory. The pricing was the best I'd found for the quality. I drove over an hour away to get parts there and would do it again.

Got a transmission from them and it was messed up and we had no issues exchanging it out for a new one! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even helped us on their day off. Thank you so much!!

Jimmy was great. There was a couple other guys who were great too lol but I didn't catch their names!! They repaired my front & rear brake pads/rotors for a reasonable price. The roadside assistance/warranty was a nice bonus too! I called a lot of places and these guys gave me great service from the get-go, while the others couldn't even answer simple questions. I will definitely come here again and I highly recommend!!

called for a part (fuel tank 95 jeep). They unfortunately didn't have the part. BUT they service was excellent. They looked for one locally for me then even found the best deal on eBay for me. I felt like they weren't all about the dime but about the person and my situation. I applaud them for having a moral compass. I will from now on give them all my future business. Top-Notch in customer service! My son and nephew were traveling through from CO to MI and had a blown tire but most difficult was the cracked rim. I pulled up the map and found Bulldog Auto Parts about 50-miles away. Called them up, they had a rim, changed the tire and had them back on the road in no-time flat. Great service, no hassle, quick and trust worthy. Highly recommended.

Called on a Saturday morning (7 am) looking for a distributor for a Honda Accord (3rd yard I had tried). Tim had the part pulled for me within an hour so I could pick it up. Even threw in an EGR valve and still charged me less than the best price I had found online. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to make it there before they closed, he offered to take the part home with him so I could pick it up later in the afternoon.Anyway, installed the distributor, and the car runs GREAT!! I owe Tim & the staff @ Bulldog a big thanks for good parts, and prompt service.
