We purchased an engine on 3/22/22. We paid in full and we’re guaranteed the engine would be shipped that day, the next day at the latest (estimated delivery was 3/25, 3/28 at the latest). We stressed the importance of wanting it to be shipped as quickly as possible and we’re assured it would be no problem as we only live four hours from the shops location. We have yet to receive the engine. I tracked it and the engine was not even picked up from the shop until 3/30, which has pushed delivery back until 4/4. Each time I have called the staff have been very helpful and kind. I am, however, infuriated by the mixed messages and apparent lack of informed communication we have received.

I have bought two engines from Capital Auto. The first one was for my Kia in 2019 and the second one was today for my son’s Volkswagen. Both time they have delivered the engines to Philadelphia as promised. Both engines were good price and low mileage, plus 6 months guaranteed. I am very satisfied with their service. Ask for Paul, he’s the best!

Sending wrong product for sake of sale the running away. Bought f150 engine sent the wrong one and scammer. Starting to file a complaint with consumer protection agency first then if we can’t reach them again then state attorney on consumer affairs. This only solution for them. If we file more complaint they will get audited and all these problems will be resolved. The transaction is over 1500$

I would strongly not recommend this company. They sold us a bad motor and will not replace or refund it. Whenever we call, we are kept on hold or hung up on. When we are able to speak with someone, like Jason or Anthony, they promise to send a replacement engine in one week, however, it never shows up. This started in September 2021 and has been going on since. At this point, they are failing to uphold the contract and we are extremly dissatisfied with their services.

Just got a Engine from this shop & it runs well , it’s just the mechanics are trying to blow it out because I didn’t get the engine from they shop or mechanic! But overall the engine was delivered earlier then expected & NO issues as of yet! The engine is Excellent ! I ordered a engine off of eBay prior & got ripped off, turns out the website was fake, but everything worked out well in the end! I’m very pleasedn

Ordered a engine for my Acura MDX. Delivered to the shop a day later and my car practically runs like its new. Knowledgeable guys. I'd recommend them any day of the week.

They are scammers, selling you wrong parts and refusing to replace them. Don't be foolish on cheap price and low millage parts! Parts will be from different model and with much more millage on them.

WORST JUNKYARD IVE DEALT WITH, STAY AWAY !!!! I ordered a transmission and they sent me the wrong one. They don't want to exchange me for the right one and they dont want to refund me either. Everytime I call they put me on hold forever. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE !

Dealing with Paul for past several years. I recommend them ,without any hesitation. Their engines and transmission are top tier. They stand behind their products. I have a business in philly, I call them as my first option!

They lie about milage all the time customer service is the worst rude people never give u warranty replacement on time. Most of their engines transmission are over 100k but they will always tell u below 50k. they also lie about the vin numbers
