BUYER BEWARE. If you come to Eighteen Auto Parts by way of CAR-PARTS.COM BE CAREFUL. I needed an ABS Modulator for a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6 and found one to be available through Eighteen Auto Parts via Car-Parts.com. After speaking with Joe he assured me he had the correct part and would send it out which he did very promptly to the tune of $930.What Joe sent was an ABS Modulator assembly for a 2015 Honda Accord LX. To no one's surprise, this Modulator Assembly was incompatible with what I actually needed. No big deal, mistakes happen.I call Joe to let him know of my dilemma. He immediately goes on the defensive telling me the part has to be programmed to the car (I'm aware) and how he sells 10 a week and no one ever has any problems. When i asked him to verify the part number he couldn't do it stating "we don't go by part numbers" Huge red flag. I guess if they did I wouldn't have been sent the wrong part.Other red flags I encountered in my dealings with this company that should have stopped me before I started is the fact that they do not take credit cards, only zelle or cash app, and they do not offer refunds. Their Google reviews are oddly similar to each other and most are very non-specific to an actual transaction. I'm not generally one to post a negative review but this is my honest experience with Eighteen Auto Parts. I'm out almost $1000 and none too pleased. I feel like I have been robbed.

I have been waiting for a part and they keep giving me the run around .. he then gets the wrong part now he tells me he will take care of it and I haven’t heard from him again .. Save your money and frustration with this poorly ran business
