The commercial strip along Liberty Ave can be intimidating due to many choices. But ladies, you’re in good hands with Eric at NYC Auto Parts & Glass. Though the location is tiny in size, you’ll be offered a fair price, treated courteously, and not be taken advantage of. Called to ask about buying rims and was answered aggressively by a man who worked there. I asked about smart car rims and he quickly said no and shut the phone on me. Disrespectful, garbage customer service. Definitely never giving them my business and I would not if I were you either.

I have never experienced such abusive and rude service in my life. I called the parts department and I said that I had a question. He said I hate questions is it gonna be long? I said no. I told him that I had a 1994 Ford Taurus and he wouldn’t even let me finish the question. He said I don’t have parts for anything I don’t even have a screw how about that.
