I can see why they only have one. Six stars. They are not even worth .6 stars . I called at 2 o’clock, I was told an ETA of 60 minutes. At 3:40 PM, still not here, I called them and was told “ he’s in Valley Stream and when he’s done he’ll be to you” Well it’s 4:50 PM now and the repair shop closes at 5 PM. So I don’t need them obviously and because of them I just wasted most of my day and got nothing done with the repair shop as of yet. I will never never never never call them again, and if anybody ask me to recommend a towing company ,I will definitely tell them not to use JYD

Hmmm, not sure what all the negative reviews are about. My vehicle was recovered with this company due to a past due balance. Yes, my fault for being irresponsible. I had it paid off and called to schedule an appointment for pickup. Vehicle was repoed on a previous Thursday and picked up on the following Monday without any hassle. Signed some paperwork and I was in and out within 10-15 mins. Great experience.

I was in a car accident today. My insurance company sent JYD Towing to come pick up my car. I was told they would arrive in 30 minutes. In that time, the owner or the driver, tried to get me to go to their shop and not pay a deductible. I considered it as it would be less money for me. Once I read the post reviews, I decided not to go to their shop. Shortly after, I received a message their company was unavailable. Per the insurance company, the tow truck "got a flat tire". This place screams dishonest practices.
