Yard debris truck never came. I called at 3pm to see if we should keep our bin out or bring it in... on hold for over an hour and got hung up on. I still don't know what to do with my bin. Services: Yard debris removal, Trash removal & disposal

On more than occasion they have failed to send me a bill but then have the audacity to call me with a past due "courtesy call". How am i supposed to pay a bill i have not been billed for? So after the billing error occurred twice, they put me on some sort of bogus payment plan where i have to pay a month in advance. So fast forward to this month, no bill again. So i go online and make a payment for the amount stated on website. Apparently that amount posted was $3 shy of actual bill amount. So today they took my cans. Over a $3 billing error that they caused! Not to mention if you call and try to get an understanding of their bogus billing process, you are met with rude attitudes, a total lack of customer service, and total incompetence. They dont know how their billing process works or how to effectively explain it. This company is a racket. They assume because they are the only show in town that they can do as they please. We will be taking our trash to the dump ourselves from now on seeing as this "convenient" service is no longer convenient.

I use to think High Country was a great company, but recently in the past several weeks, after they empty my can, I can find it either several houses down, in the middle of my driveway on its side and just this week it’s laying in the middle of the street, becoming a hazard to traffic. When I called with the complaint, I was directed to a voice mail, when I called back, I was on hold for 30 min. Then I called back at n persistence to speak with a manager. Finally he answered but immediately put up excuses for the driver. I guess they can treat customers however they want since they are the only garbage service. I’ve never complained in over 30 yrs of service, yet when I told him of the issue he hung up on me. Nice customer service Ian or Andy whatever your name is. How about try to understand why your customer is upset and fix the problem!!!!
