Yard debris truck never came. I called at 3pm to see if we should keep our bin out or bring it in... on hold for over an hour and got hung up on. I still don't know what to do with my bin. Services: Yard debris removal, Trash removal & disposal

On more than occasion they have failed to send me a bill but then have the audacity to call me with a past due "courtesy call". How am i supposed to pay a bill i have not been billed for? So after the billing error occurred twice, they put me on some sort of bogus payment plan where i have to pay a month in advance. So fast forward to this month, no bill again. So i go online and make a payment for the amount stated on website. Apparently that amount posted was $3 shy of actual bill amount. So today they took my cans. Over a $3 billing error that they caused! Not to mention if you call and try to get an understanding of their bogus billing process, you are met with rude attitudes, a total lack of customer service, and total incompetence. They dont know how their billing process works or how to effectively explain it. This company is a racket. They assume because they are the only show in town that they can do as they please. We will be taking our trash to the dump ourselves from now on seeing as this "convenient" service is no longer convenient.

I use to think High Country was a great company, but recently in the past several weeks, after they empty my can, I can find it either several houses down, in the middle of my driveway on its side and just this week it’s laying in the middle of the street, becoming a hazard to traffic. When I called with the complaint, I was directed to a voice mail, when I called back, I was on hold for 30 min. Then I called back at n persistence to speak with a manager. Finally he answered but immediately put up excuses for the driver. I guess they can treat customers however they want since they are the only garbage service. I’ve never complained in over 30 yrs of service, yet when I told him of the issue he hung up on me. Nice customer service Ian or Andy whatever your name is. How about try to understand why your customer is upset and fix the problem!!!!

I called to see if I could get the truck back to my house for my garbage I forgot to put out, which is a service they offer. I was happy to pay the extra fee.The person on the phone seemed a bit irritated. I politely apologize and we hung up. Then we heard the garbage man. We noticed they picked our neighbors up by accident. No big deal, I'll call and get it worked out. We are paying the extra fee, so we want our garbage taken. I called back and told her what happened and she had the worst tone of voice, and I could hear her rolling her eyes, she was making me feel bad.. Terrible customer service! She actually kind of ruined my mood. So thanks for that. You know who you are lady! Be nice to your customers.

You can buy reasonably priced compost and soil here for your flower beds, raised beds, and misc yard projects. Friendly staff will get you in and out quickly. Highly recommend the bulk option where they load a truck or trailer of a cubic yard or more at a time. Best price you'll find in Redmond and it's high quality.

The service is consistently exemplary. Everyone who works there is friendly and knows their job. I have multiple accounts, bought compost regularly and have rented drop boxes: all with zero problems. I wish every business had their level of professionalism.

Last week their driver ran over and broke the trash cart, so the trash piled up in our garage until they brought us a new cart because I wasn't about to drag broken cart down our incredibly long driveway and back while we waited almost a week for them to replace it.Then last week their truck flipped something into my windshield (we were going in opposite directions and I saw the object fly across and into my windshield), and after wasting my time all weekend and coming out to take photos of the damage, they told me it was a road hazard and my problem. If your vehicles are 3 times the size of the rest of them on the road you should probably be held responsible for the damage they cause.After 17 years of service I've decided they are not the small town/caring service I thought they were. Monopolies are a real problem.

i love the guys coming to pick up. the office staff however has poor customer service and do not take responsiblity for their own errors. computers down, can't make payment, they pick up the cans anyway....leading to me paying additional fees. been a customer for over 20 years. they are not even polite when they f you over.

On the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, my husband and I forgot to put out our trash cans for the Thursday morning pick up. I didn't realize this until 7:30 Thursday morning and the truck had already been by. I called HCD customer service number, got the answering service and the nice lady connected me to Ron at HCD. He was extremely nice and called the guys on the truck to come back and empty my already full cans. Thanks Ron! AND a huge thanks to the guys on the truck! You all saved our Thanksgiving and, as always, we're very glad you are there.
