GREAT SERVICE...PARTS NOT 100%I never usually write reviews. But this experience was mixed and ended up very stressful. And very expensive. I bought a refurbished alternator and the service was very good. Friendly and helpful. But it turned out the alternator was faulty. So....I had to pay for labor TWICE to replace it (it had a warranty fortunately) I was extremely stressed and had to have to pay to have it diagnosed to confirm it was bad. The staff worked with the mechanic to bring them the new part...which I REALLY appreciated. So no complaints there...they went the extra mile in that capacity. In the end the part seems to be working, the second time.Overall I have very mixed feelings. I understand it wasn't their fault entirely the part was bad; likely the manufacturer. And they were very cooperartive in fixing it. But I don't trust buying from them again due to this experience.

Customer service was good and they explained the process of their work and what was required. They also allowed me to go buy the required parts for their service myself so I could save money. Service was well done I would go to them over my dealership.
