Location sold us a broken alternator and we ended up having to purchase a brand new one from the manufacturer. Smittys refused to refund our $55.00. Such a rip off be prepared to not be able to get your money back even though they say they do a 90 day warranty. Accused our mechanic of breaking when all he did was inspect it before he even removed the old one from car. Would not refer them to anyone.

Completely awful horrible customer service. The verbal abuse and rudeness is something I Have never experienced. I was called dumb, stupid an idiot and the owner smacked my hand. All because I questioned their storage fee charges which they are illegally charging. It is Wisconsin state LAW that they can only charge 25 dollars a day for storage where they charge 40! Told them they are illegally charging me and it is not ok. Again was called dumb stupid and an idiot. Worst people and customer service I have ever experienced. They don’t deserve your business. Go elsewhere. Frauds!

Single-handedly the worst customer service interaction or public interaction, I’ve ever had with any single person let a loan a business. Very rude, contradicting and when they speak to you, there is zero regard to any customer needs/wants and willingness to work with them. Giving them a one star rating is the most overrated thing I’ve ever had to do…Should be negative stars!! Avoid this business at all cost!!
