The man who answered asked a few questions and made offer. Said to text the next day for pickup so I did. Was told couldn't pick up because it was raining. I said no problem, would contact when weather improved. Texted again, twice and got ghosted. Really unprofessional, if you didn't want the vehicle grow a pair and say so. Quit wasting my time.

I called this establishment and I spoke to a guy named Craig. He gave me a quote of $400 for my vehicle. He didn’t ask any questions about my vehicle other than the make and model which should’ve been a red flag. He told me to call or text him the next day so he can pick up my vehicle. I called and texted him the next day and no reply. Then he texted me and said he couldn’t talk over the phone. After that, he never communicated back to me which is very unprofessional. I do not understand the positive reviews that this business has. Please take your business elsewhere.

Incredibly fast service, was there literally within minutes of me calling and gave me more money for my old Chrysler LeBaron convertible then I expected. Forgot to give the tow truck driver the key, if you folks still want it let me know be happy to hand it over.

After the second transmission failure on our 2006 Saturn Vue, it was time to part company with our beauty with over 300k miles. Craig was speedy in getting it picked up so that it would not take up valuable parking space at our home or my work place. He gave us more than we expected and more than other salvage companies have given me in the past. But that was only part one.Part 2 is that he rescued my wife on a warm day when she accidentally locked herself out of the car with our 2 dogs inside. She was panicking and did not know what to do. One of the owners of the business where this happened thought to call one of her clients. Craig came roaring in in his big truck and saved the day ( and our beloved K9 children) by popping the lock.
