I had scheduled a tour back in June 2025 and when I arrived the office was closed even though the leasing agent had chosen my time of arrival. I decided to give them another shot and rescheduled my tour. I applied, was placed on a wait list, and later received an email saying a spot opened up for me. When I went back to the office to fill out my paperwork, the leasing agent stopped me halfway through to tell me she made an error and she would have to put me back on the wait list. It is now December 2025 and the last time I spoke with a member of the office I believe in July or August they told me I was number 2 on the list. I call and call and nobody ever answers the phone. I want to live here but the communication is such a joke.

They NEVER answer the phone. I go to check on my application status it says failure to respond that is inaccurate. I have had the same phone number, email, & address. They never reached out in any way, shape, or form. Unbelievable.

This development was beautiful the first two years I lived here however times has changed. They keep hiring incompetent individuals in their leasing office and they are losing everyone’s confidential documents. It has been over a year and a half since I signed my lease and they keep calling me in the office to turn in documents that I have already given them. This is very redundant and very unacceptable. Something needs to be done because everyone is sick of it. I am highly frustrated with this development.
