They overpromise and underdeliver with poor communication. My repair was estimated to take a week but took three. I was always promised they would call me, but they never did. I always had to call them. Up until the last day when they promised me it would be done by lunch but my wife still ended up waiting around in their office for 90 minutes. It was not only frustrating but it meant I hit my rental car coverage limit on my car insurance policy and I had to pay an additional $300 out of pocket.

New Design Auto Body did an amazing job with my repair! I had a tree branch fall on my car and I’m from out of town and I was able to get the car in the shop the following business day. Communication was so easy, not only through the phone with updates but also the automated messages. Desmond was great with updating me about my car and Wayne was helpful and informative when I picked it up! I’m occasionally in the area, but definitely wil come here whenever I can for car needs because my car looks good as new!
