I came here to buy a new boat. I wandered around looking at the boats for about 15 minutes in the showroom. At one point in time I was even underneath one of them looking at the structure. Another time I was checking out a bait well and the worker was standing 3ft from me staring at his computer. Man whatever was on that computer must have been important because he completely ignored me. During that entire time not one employee said hi or asked me if I needed any help, instead they walked around like they had more important things to do. It gave me a strong impression they didn’t have time for anybody let alone a customer. I’m still going to buy a boat from Bass Pro shops unless I have the same experience when I go to their Woodbury location. If it happens again, then they’ve will have lost a customer for more than the purchase of a boat.

I recently stopped by Cabela's in Rogers, MN, to grab some warm gloves and a hat, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The gloves and hat are high-quality and perfect for Minnesota during an Arctic Blast. The store is well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful, making it easy to find what I needed. The wildlife displays and aquariums added a fun touch to the visit. Highly recommend Cabela's for great gear and a great experience!

My family and I stopped in for some hunting supplies this past Saturday, and we didn’t realize there was a free holiday event! My kids got the chance to meet with Santa, do some fun crafts, and enjoy some cookies and juice. Every single worker we encountered was so kind and knowledgeable. The store was beautiful and in awesome shape (very clean and organized)! I had such a great experience, and I can’t wait to come back to shop.
