When I came in person, they walked me through everything. They confirmed my charger would work with the new batteries, gave me a quick tutorial on how to properly maintain them, and made sure I felt confident before I left. I got a battery on 1/9 and came back the same day to drop off my old battery. Both interactions were great. My second interaction was why I decided to leave a review. Ashton appeared happy to answer any questions I had. I am not very mechanically inclined, so it was nice to have someone willing to help you understand something. You don’t always get customer service like that these days. I would recommend everyone to go here for your batteries.
