Great work & very honest! Had my Ram 1500's 4 wheel drive go out a few weeks ago. Took it to the local Dodge service center who quoted over $11,000 for a new transmission & other repairs. Took it to Barry Sommers and he had it running great for roughly $1,300. It did NOT need a new transmission. Him and his wife are the greatest!!

Dropped off my truck to be evaluated. Now first, she did not call. I called to get the update. Said it was test driven, that it needs to be rebuilt. So I received my new clutch kit at home, and took it down. THE TRUCK WASN’T EVEN MOVED! Besides that, after he took it out, and unfortunately had to put it back. I went to pay&pick up the truck AND HAD NO CLUTCH! So I went in and told the lady. She sent out a youngster that told me “ we put a new slave, but for some reason there’s no bleeder “ so I popped up the hood and showed him where it was… Now, I need work done again. I was told she was going to ask Barry, then call back. A day goes by. I call, no answer. Call, no answer. Still no call back either. Being fed up, I’ve turned to another shop. Terrible customer service, and not well knowledgeable worker. ?
