After a very long harrowing day, Jeff's son, Gary, drove all the way up the Road at the Top of the World, (even after his own bad day) to pick our broken 2 ton red brick (aka car) and ourselves, and took us down to Tok. After a long drive down a rather bumpy road, we arrived in Tok, the owner Jeff had gotten us a hotel room, bought us dinner, and lent us a vehicle to use. The next day Jeff and my husband drove the vehicle to Anchorage. Alaskan Express & Auto, went above and beyond in their service, and reaffirmed my belief in human kindness. They very very professional and helpful in a bad situation. Would highly recommend.

Saved me and my wallet. He only charged me $250 to toe me back from dry creek when willards tried changing me $1200. Very awesome customer service yo. Got my truck out of the ditch and dipped it off in my yard. All out best service Tok has ever had for sure
