Quick check in and friendly staff. Dock door “C” is little bit tight to get in but you can manage.

Asked if I should split up my aluminum siding (70c) from my extruded aluminum (80c) and they said no. They proceeded to give me aluminum sheet pricing(50c). Feels like they robbed my of my time and money. Communication needs to be improved on the back end.

1 star for INSANE check in process. Showing up in a semi, w a proper load number & destination isn't good enough. After they hire your company to come pick up a load, they'll burn your clock making you sit there waiting for a fvking email from the company "confirming my identity." what??? What if I'm doing a relay?? Who cares who I am, load my truck! Stupid. Omg don't come here in a semi unless you are getting massive detention pay, this is stupidly inefficient. Super ridiculously tight dry van dock, with employee parking in the backing path. Plan on spending 30 min trying to line it up straight enough for them to load you! Never come here, this place is the worst I've been to in a while
