I would give zero stars if I could. I drove from very far away specifically because of their high service ratings, but it was a total disappointment. It’s a real shame that a business this size has such unprofessional and uneducated staff. I went there to conduct a legal and professional transaction with all my documentation ready, but the treatment was deplorable. An employee named Dan preferred his cigarette over showing basic respect to a customer; he completely ignored me and showed a very arrogant attitude. If you are looking for a place with professional ethics and decent customer service, look elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here.

Used Peddle to schedule a pickup with this company. Our pickup window was 7-11. They arrived at 1:15. It was also incredibly snowy and not the safest conditions so can't fault them for being safe. Gave me what was offered and had no problems otherwise. Thank you!
