Edit: They have given me store credit that never expires and are supposed to be shipping me an aluminum 5th wheel. Ill update again when i receive the 5th wheel. Sure wish I'd have looked at the reviews before buying from them. So it started with me emailing about a rear cutoff for my truck. Tom, the parts salesman replied to one email then no others until I told him they obviously weren't interested in selling to me. Apparently he emailed me back thru the website and I never received it. I found another online and called not knowing it was the same company and ended up buying it. Was told they bring them in and check them all out before they ship. OK cool. 2 weeks later I called after not hearing back and it was ready to go. Needed to email me wire transfer in.. the email was from Tom again. Got that all handled and paid for. Called him and asked if the cutoff came with wheels and tires and if they could get me tracking info so I could let mechanic know what to expect. Was told theyd contact me amd it was sold as pictured in the ad. Wheels tires, 5th wheel plate, ect.. No word from them for over a week. Friday morning I called and was told theyd get me shipping info by end of day. Nothing. The cutoff showed up at my mechanics on monday. No wheels, no tires, no 5th wheel plate, no brake chambers, and all the rubber brake hoses cut. Another week of emails with very little reply aside from theyd have to get management involved. Now Im going on 3 weeks waiting for management. 2 weeks ago I sent them an estimate for brake chambers and new rubber hoses. No response. Called a week ago on Wednesday. Used parts manager told me he was waiting on upper management and would get back with me by the end of day Thursday. No response. Called first thing this morning and left a voucemail for Mark whos Apparently the guy I need to talk to. End of day and no response. Will definitely be my last time buying anything from them. My guy Mat is the bomb. I see the reviews but I never had a problem with these guys. I have been going here for several years and if something not right I can bring the part back. My other girl that works at the other location always helping me and looking out for me. She dont mess around but that is my girl. They always got what I need. Good people's they are the only two I know and speak to. Keep up the good work. COMPLETE RECYCLE GROUP LLC is for the people by the people.
