We were having a hard time finding a fender for a Ford Bronco. No one locally had it, and it was backordered through Ford. We ended up calling Pam’s Auto and JR was super helpful. He not only found the part for us but also sent photos of the fender before it shipped, along with order confirmation and tracking info. The communication and service were honestly better than most vendors we work with. Highly recommend them!

I’ve dealt with auto parts businesses all across the United States, and Pam’s Auto in Minnesota stands out above the rest. Their availability of parts, quick and professional response, and the best business I have ever seen to stand behind what they sell. Ren has been amazing — extremely helpful and very quick to respond. He made the whole process smooth and easy, almost like I was working with someone I’ve known for years. Great service is hard to find, but this place delivers. I highly recommend looking here first for all your parts needs. And if you get to deal with Ren, what a blessing that will be!

PAM's AUTO IS THE VERY BEST "ODDBALL" PARTS VENDOR IN THE COUNTRY!! I am an Auto Body Estimator and General Manager with 11 years experience and I am VERY skeptical of any vendor outside my local area claiming to have the correct part. However, PAM's Auto IS the exception to that. I've ordered from them dozens of times over the years and they DO have the correct part! Also their customer service is truly top-notch. Recently I've ordered from JR and Lee, and they were both excellent; super helpful and knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I actually Prefer to order parts from PAM's rather than some OEM PDC's. Try them, you will like them.
