Very bad business!! My father in law had a small amount of scrap. When we arrived there was a tractor trailer being emptied.. ok fine.. no big deal.. I have no problem waiting my turn. I parked. Approximately 30 min later the truck was empty and I am getting ready to back in.. except another tractor trailer backed in when it should have been my turn. I politely walk in office to explain I have already been waiting 30 min. Only to be told by the rude lady at the window “OUR TRUCKS TAKE PRIORITY OVER ANYONE ELSE”. Excuse me!! You expect me to wait another hour to unload my 3 minutes worth of scrap! That’s not good business!! I refuse to go back there!!!

Horrible phone service ,I called to ask a price and the lady that answered was rude and hung up on ,I called back 5 more times and was hung up on every time ..I guess I won't be finding out how good of hands on service they have after receiving such horrible customers service over the phone I can only imagine how horrible it is in person

In this company, they steal your money shamelessly. They take your weight and never show it to you, making it impossible to know what your real weight is or how much they should pay you. A very intelligent, shameless, and subtle way of stealing from you. And not to mention the bad attitude, the bad service, the poor manners of the cashier, in addition to her lack of moral ethics and professionalism.?
