I just want to thank Joe and his team for cutting my rocker panel out that I needed. I was a bit nervous coming here because of the bad reviews but it turned out to be fine. when I saw the rocker panel myself and the condition it was in? my anxiety went away. “Joe was 100% honest all along” and now I built a trust on the company. I am very satisfied with my purchase….i am very sorry if I was annoying I just wanted to make sure I get my moneys worth and I hope you understand on the customer’s perspective. I had a broken tail light lens assembly on my 2017 Tucson. I tried ordering it from two different places one sent me one that was broken and the other sent me one for a Chrysler mini van. My girlfriend finally found What I needed on the K and R website. We went in and they were so great. It was a bit of a wait but watching how they all worked together and seeing how they were always so helpful to the other customers who came in and who called was just amazing. The part was even cheaper than we had actually expected. Thank you K and R knowing you are there if I ever need you again gives me peace of mind.

Great experience, office staff, my sales rep David went out of his way to provide same day service! Was from out of state, by time i arrived, complete door was ready! David was extremely helpful making this work. Great price and overall experience, highly recommend!
