A+ service and quality parts. Bought a used transmission with 62k miles from Brock’s, and the quality is top-notch. It shifted perfectly right out of the gate and completely solved my drivetrain issues. Clean parts, fair pricing, and excellent customer service from a team that clearly knows their stuff. I had a really disappointing experience with this parts store. The customer service was rude and unhelpful from the start. They TRY TO SELL me the DAMAGE part, they acted like it was my fault. I won’t be coming back here again — DONT GO HERE!!!! there are plenty of other stores that actually care about their customers.

I visited this business today trying to find parts and support a local business in a minority neighborhood. I came in and said hello as two people were already being assisted by the two workers at the counter. It was a lengthy wait but one of them came free. That person took one call and finished. I waited. A person walked in behind me after a few minutes. They immediately greeted them and asked how they could help them. I've never felt so unwelcome in a business. I would not recommend.
