Never used a CB before; bossman put one in my truck and no one taught me to use it, and tried looking it up while waiting at the gate. Think I got it pretty well calibrated, only to be mocked and insulted by the scale master on my first ever attempt using it. Was entirely unnecessary and rude. Will be telling bossman to remove it now, thanks to them.

Back at ELG today and everything went smoothly. Dan the scale master was very efficient AS ALWAYS. He keeps things moving quite well with everything that goes on there. I have been there 4 sometimes 6 times a month for the past 3 years. Dan has always been professional and courteous. I have never had a problem. Chad and Gino are also very helpful and courteous. If you treat people with respect you get respect!!!
