How can I express the amount of respect I hold for this family owned business? The entire family blew me away and made me cry tears of joy and immense gratitude. As an older, single, black woman I am often very cautious of people for fear of being taken advantage of. But this business restored my faith that there are still honest people who care about their fellow man. The owner, from the first encounter buying a tail light for my car, was kind, respectful and more than helpful. His wife, was kind and even the children were nice and helpful. I bought the tail light and returned to purchase two headlight assemblies as well. While inquiring about the headlights, the owner offered to install all three lights for me. I am shocked that he did that and didn't even charge me for the installation. His son did the installation and refused to accept the paltry $30 I had. It was all the cash I had in my wallet as I usually do not carry cash. I had to grab the young man's hand and make him accept what I had. The mechanic shop was going to charge an outrageous fee to install the three lights for me. Had I known how simple a task it was, I would have told the mechanic to take a flying leap. It was ridiculous how simple it was! Less than 15 minutes later I was road ready once again. Please, don't take advantage of these good people. If you can afford to pay what they ask for their services, please do so. Offer a generous tip, be kind in return. People like them are very rare. Every time I think about my experience with this family I tear up. They saved me a LOT of money...

Huge selection of parts. I am amazed. Went here for part for my friend's Civic, they had the exact part I needed. They were extremely nice and went out of the way to get the part for us. Price was extremely reasonable, actually a really good deal. I highly recommend this salvage yard, go here first when looking for parts! And I will return for future car parts and projects.

Hands down the best Salvage Yard in mid-Mo! They are super friendly, have any part you need and at the best price, or they will find it for you. I was diagnosing and replacing the oil pan on my only vehicle, and the guy actually offered to bring it out to me, since I already had it tore apart. Now that's A+++ service!! Thank you very much! I've been a repeat customer ever since that, from tires, wheels, etc. They are a fair, honest and friendly family business that I'll support 1000%! Thanks for everything, and I'm sure I'll see you again, fingers crossed not anytime too soon though haha. Keep up the great work! And to the negative reviewer above, you paid $15 for a used tire that lasted 4+ months?! I'd say you got your money's worth. I don't know anywhere else you could buy a tire that cheap! K&M is awesome!
