I ordered driver side axle shift on the phone after I go there to pick it up. They told me gonna take 5-10 minutes. I wait 30 minutes still Not ready so I told the lady in the front I have to go pick up my kids from school after I will come back so I go back after two hours. I told her my part is ready She said oh no, they haven’t bring it yet. gonna take a five more minute. I waited another 15 minute with my two young kids with me and guess what they bring in a very rusty axle shaft I swear it was look like it’s been pulled out from the car two years ago and was not the right one. I ordered the left side and they bring the right side. They were not willing to give me the right one after wasting three hours of my time. I was very upset and I asked for refund And after all, they knewhundred percent they were wrong but still, they were looking at me like I did something wrong and they were looking at each other, rolling eyes . What a horrible customer service

"This part is still bolted to the vehicle. Please allow 24 hours to remove." What that really means is- you'll get it sometime. I ordered parts that they claimed would be ready in 24hrs and here I am 6 days later still with no parts. Every other part i ordered from California, Georgia and Ohio already arrived but the two parts that were supposed to be 15mins away im still waiting for!

Hi, don't buy from here, and if you do, bring your Carfax report. I bought a transmission that supposedly had 65,000 miles. I installed it in my car, but it wasn't working properly. A week later, I checked the Carfax report, and the latest one showed 110,000 miles. I went back to the dealership and explained that the transmission didn't have the mileage they told me it had and that it was malfunctioning. And guess what? The saleswoman, Ana, said she needed a trouble code and that it didn't matter if it wasn't the mileage they told me it had. I took it to a mechanic, and he couldn't find any code. A week later, it started malfunctioning, vibrating, and wouldn't go faster than 40 mph. I went back to the dealership and explained the situation, and they still said they needed a trouble code and that the mileage didn't matter. I asked to speak to the manager, and he told me that Ana was the manager I was speaking with. So, be careful with the mileage they tell you.
