I love going to this recycling place mainly because Robert is such a big help and very nice. I really like coming here the atmosphere is so nice. Thank you for always keeping me up to date on the price increase. I really like this recycling place.

I’ve been there several times, always same experience BAD, THE WORST THAT THERE IS, first time one guy said “we don’t take trash” I mean I get it was the box that came with the new washer but the guy threw the box at, he said “I thought you was gonna leave” i had my back door open, but according to him I was gonna leave. Second experience was today same deal “we don’t take trash” I reply I know don’t worry I know. But suddenly he started to yelling at me saying grab the box (the box for a microwave) and out the trash in the I said no I’m gonna put it on the back of my truck and shut the lid seemed to confused him and he started throwing stuff on the back of my truck even tho I told him I was gonna do it. I get they don’t take trash that’s not my complain is the costumer service two time had a bad experience I really think they need to hire more educated people. You don’t treat people that bring you business like this.

So I really love my experience coming to this recycling yard , especially because Robert is such a great employee here and always respectful?He brings a really good vibe to this location. I also like the fact that I feel like I'm treated with really good respect.The 2 front ladies are always happy and greet me by my name and they're just so friendly.Thank you redwood recycling.
