I am so impressed with this company. I ordered a DVD/Radio unit online for my 2011 Odyssey and unfortunately the DVD part did not function. They had a phone number on the invoice (super rare in itself), so I gave them a call. I spoke with a nice gentleman from the USA and explained the issue. He apologized and said they didn’t have any more in stock, but that he would contact another company they often partner with to see if they had any units. He got back to me and they indeed had one, so they shipped it out to me for free! Wow! The service here is absolutely above and beyond. Do not hesitate to do business with them!
