Not sure about their towing expertise, but if you need to rework the load, please find a different company. They spend 5 hours shifting 5 pallets to the back of the trailer, while dropping one in the process and braking it. Half of the time guys spent standing around looking at each other and the pallets with no idea what to do with it. Had to talked to them several time over a span of 90 minutes to point to them how it need to be done after they dropped the first pallet. Somehow they decided it’s going to be a good idea to drive off the tilted flatbed with the pallet, which they absolutely didn’t need to do. Obviously pallet fell off when they tilted skid-loader forward. The actual job took about 2 hours after they got on the right pass and were working along. They had all the tool available to them to do it right and time efficient ( skid-loader, 2 flatbed tow trucks) Guys were nice, just were not experienced or confident in what they were doing. Management would not consider discounting the bill for the time that was wasted due to them standing around, dropping the pallet and working out the issue they created.

We got gouged!! $2432.86 for a tug. for Non-Emergency tow in a parking lot. they charged us a $ 206.70 fuel surcharge and only used $61 of fuel total. 2 hours 14 minutes 114 miles round trip and charged us for 2 1/2 hours which was fine But at $795 /hour. It took 15 minutes to hook on the cable and pop us back on the pavement as just the front wheels had dropped off. we run 50 trucks and use tow companies a lot and have never charged that much per hour. I called 3 times talked to a nice lady and they said they would review and call back which never happened . I sent a very polite email to discuss the matter and no response. i guess warning to all. first our mistake not asking how much and shame on us for thinking everyone is fair or will a least talk to you about it and explain charges. we feel violated and Ashamed people have to treat people this way. it's done and over with as we paid our bill and will move on. But Towee BEWARE !! 2/24/26, yes 2 emails after i called in 3 times so we could discuss it, and then emailed you before posting this review to jog your memory and then after i posted this review i finally get a email 5 days later and basically said to bad and you were still busy from the snow storm , i guess in Iowa you call it a snow storm when it snow 2-3 inches in Wisconsin we call that flurries No sense auguring, it over and done with and you are paid and you don't have to worry about us ever again. i wasn't asking you to do it Free but the fuel surcharge of $159 more than the fuel actually used and emergency rate because it was snowing still irritates me. do you have a different charge if it's raining?? Have a great day

Jamie was great. Very pleasant and friendly demeanor. Jamie also helped us push our 1983 Scottsdale pick up truck out of the driveway to the street, which was an immense help. Jamie was very efficient and knowledgeable. If having an automobile towed can be a pleasant experience, ha, ha, this was it.
