Terrible attitude and customer service about replacing wiper blades. The sign outside said “free windshield wiper replacement installation,” and when I asked for that service inside I got an eye roll, then looked at my boyfriend and said “you don’t know how to do it?” not cool.

My wipers needed replaced. The rear wiper was different than my last car, so I went to 2 different places in town, only to be turned away as they couldn't find a wiper that fit. I pulled in to O'Reillys, already feeling down on my luck. The manager was at the cash register - knew exactly what wiper i needed right away. He even walked outside and installed it for me in under 60 seconds. I was so relieved after the day I had, I could've cried. He was so calm the whole time I talked to him, friendly, and had great customer service. I am a huge fan of this O'Reillys now!
