My roadside assistance through my insurance company led me to Habhab’s for help today. It completely turned my day around! I was super appreciative of the prompt service. Chris helped me today and was very pleasant even though it was extremely cold out. He did a great job of making sure that I was on my way before I got off work. Thank you so much for the excellent Service and for going above and beyond today!

During my two-year stay in Ames, I have always used this shop to maintain my car. The staff members and the boss cooperated very well, just like in a family business. I have also enjoyed conversations with them. Their work was highly satisfying in terms of quality, time, and price. They also gave me a ride to and from the shop when I dropped off my car for repair. I will miss them after I return home.

They were amazing. Habhab’s Towing was the only company that would come out and help me and my 11 nephew and dog get unstuck. The driver wouldn’t leave or give up until I got unstuck and even followed me to that gas station to make sure I got there safe as I ran out of gas. I recommend everybody use them. And what I mean, nobody would help. I even called 911. I know the dispatcher at 911 was upset cause she couldn’t help but I’m glad I tow truck driver came out and helped me get out from being stuck.
