I had a terrible experience with Marv’s Quality Towing Inc. Communication was poor from the start, and the wait time was far longer than promised with no updates. Manger and staff was yelling at me for sending email and physical showing her identification when requested. And threatening me on calling the police for trespassing. The staff was unprofessional and dismissive, making an already stressful situation worse. The pricing also felt excessive for the level of service provided. Overall, this company lacks reliability, professionalism, and basic customer service. I would not recommend them and will not be using them again.

We recently had our car winched and towed down a mountain, and I can’t say enough good things about the service we received. Josiah, our technician, was phenomenal. From the moment he arrived, he brought such a bubbly, outgoing personality that instantly put us at ease in what could have been a very stressful situation. Not only was he extremely professional and skilled, but he also went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, comfortable, and fully informed throughout the entire process. Marv’s Towing is the most reliable tow company. They saved us when we needed it most. Joel our tow truck driver was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and a life saver. Will in dispatch was friendly and helpful. We use Marv’s for heavy duty towing at my work. Brent has always been a reliable heavy duty tow truck driver. The team at Marv’s is great. If you need a prompt and reliable tow company do not use anyone else. We needed a tow for the Denver metro and Marv’s was there so fast to help us.
