Unbelievable. My car was towed after I was arrested at 8:00 on a Friday. Fast forward, Monday morning I called and was quoted 365 cash only, which I thought was ridiculous already, only to receive a call back that I needed $445 to retrieve my Cadillac CTS in which they had keys to. For less than 72 hours I paid $445 for my midsized car that was UNLOCKED upon retrieval and now has traction control and ABS errors reading. STEER CLEAR and demand a different tow company if ever arrested. Independence Police Department should most definitely be held accountable too as they would not let me use my AAA FOR A TRUSTED TOW.
