They were sent to do a tow for me through my insurance. I’ll never use them again as the lady on the phone was very unprofessional. First they were over an hour late, when I called to see where they were she said she took me out of the queue and “forgot” to put me back in until I called, and it would be another hour. Then she told me that I would need to pay $100 in cash to the driver or $110 via a text link they would send me. When I said that my insurance company told me I would only owe $86, she said the insurance company doesn’t set her rates and if I had an issue with paying the price she would just cancel the tow. I told her that wasn’t necessary, I needed the tow and they were already an hour late I didn’t have time to wait on the insurance company to send another company. The dealership warned me that I should find a different company when I told them who was coming to tow it, and I told them I didn’t have a choice it’s who the insurance company sent. I should have listened and called the insurance company back. I did call the insurance company and tell them they should probably discontinue using them in the future as they are charging more than what the insurance company is telling it’s customers. She said she would look into the matter.

Kidd's has been my knight in shining armor several times now! They always under promise and over deliver! Friendly, sympathetic, and professional employees! From the dispatch calling to ensure your safety and location to the person on the truck loading your vehicle. I was overjoyed to see Kidd's pop up on my roadside assistance. Excellent Service! Highly recommend! Hailey and Logan saved me on Sunday! My vehicle became disabled 40 miles outside Olathe. My insurance connected me with Kidd's Towing, Hailey initially gave me a call, was very kind and courteous, inquired to my safety, requested information on my vehicle, informed me of the additional cost per mile as it was 40 miles away. I happily paid. She said it would be about 40 minutes. A few minutes later, Logan gave me a call and informed me he was on his way and was about 35 minutes away. He arrived in 30 minutes ahead of schedule! Safety minded, kind, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient! He had my vehicle loaded onto the bed in no time, ensuring my safety and my vehicle's safety were a priority. He knew the attachment points for my vehicle and I didn't even know where they were located. Though Hailey and Logan were just doing their jobs, I wanted to express my appreciation for their prompt and courteous help and for being my heros. Instead of being stranded with a disabled vehicle for more than 5 hours (what I expected) I was only out on the side of the road for less than 1.5 hours and right before the sun went down. Thank you for being awesome people!
