Awesome guys to deal with, were able to pick my car up in Omaha and tow it back to my place in Council bluffs during rush hour on a cold day. These guys didn't keep me waiting too terribly long and when they did show up they were friendly, courteous, and FAST in getting the car loaded and brought safely back home. Pricing was extremely competitive and them being the cheapest was the honest reason I originally chose their service over some of the competition. Will most definitely be doing business with them if I ever once again need a tow! Solid A rate company Cons- Took a little longer then expected for them to meet me at the car but, considering it was in Omaha, NE and they are located in Council Bluffs, IA and it was close to rush hour I can't say I blame em. Over all positive experience and would recommend them to anyone requiring assistance.

I had them tow my car to a performance shop on a flat bed because they've towed my car before with no issues. Zach would tow it and did a great job. He no longer works there and Todd now tows. Zach was always cautious and took great care of my car knowing there was a lot of money put into it. Since Zach no longer works there Todd towed it. Todd picked my car up and took an extra day to drop it off at the performance shop. My custom wheel ended up getting damaged on their tow bed and when the car was dropped off the owner of the shop noticed it and pointed it out knowing that I've always had high end wheels on my car and knows my car very well. The wheel had custom candy paint and was already an expensive wheel before that ($1000 per wheel) it was all scraped up and needed to be redone. When I called Todd about the issue he was very unprofessional. He literally said " oh yeah that $500 car!?" "Yeah what a waste of money" "I'll give you $50 for the wheel" at that point I realized there was no point in trying to get anything resolved because he came off as bitter and ignorant so I said don't worry about it, I'll get it redone you already seem like a bitter liar. It was a good towing company when Zach worked there but I would not do business with them when people like Todd work there. To me its a waste of time trying to get them to pay for the damaged wheel, I'd rather just get it redone and move on with life rather than sit around and go back and forth with a person like Todd. Take your business elsewhere and avoid the headache.
